Look in three places, in this order:
- The care label — the small fabric tag sewn into the plush, often near the battery or sound unit pocket.
- The product itself — on products without a fabric label, look on the base.
- The packaging — often the one place it is still readable. Another reason to keep the box.
It is a short code of letters and numbers, usually after LOT, Batch or P/N.
Why we ask for it
It tells us which production run your product came from, so a fault can be traced and put right.
Can't find it, or can't read it?
We need it to make a claim. Contact us with what you can read, and a clear photo of the label, the base or the box — we will read the rest.
